You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any third party. KES918 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

KES918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction. Verification is a one-time process and protects both the Platform and our players from fraud.

KES918 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the selected payment method involves cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of processing will be applied.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Specific minimum amounts may vary by payment channel and are displayed within the kes918 cashier at the time of transaction.

All betting and gaming activities on the kes918 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the platform's respective sections. In addition, the following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kes918 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.

KES918's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their kes918 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request the closure of your kes918 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

KES918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• KES918 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require such action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kes918 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is established, to forfeit such balance entirely.
